Quick, easy and tasty - fire up the grill and while it's heading up season the boneless chicken thighs with your favorite rub or spice

 1 package boneless chicken thighs
 2 limes cut in half
 1 salt to season
 1 garam masala, curry or balti seasoning to sprinkle on chicken

heat grill to high and clean grate

place chicken thighs on cookie sheet in a single layer and season with your choice of spice. I listed garam masala, curry or balti as examples but smoked paprika, Chinese 5 spice or salt and pepper work great too.

place chicken on grill and squeeze limes on the chicken while it cooks. When chicken will release from grill cleanly it's time to turn it over. I use an instant read thermometer to check temps frequently since boneless chicken thighs cook quickly. When it reaches 165 degrees it's time to remove from grill and serve. enjoy!
