Today we're making a mug cake which is a great occasional treat and then I'm showing you what my normal go to options are for something sweet that won't start stacking pounds on.

For the mug cake we're just going to add all of the ingredients into the mug and use a fork to get everything nice and mixed together.

We'll put it in the microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Then we'll top it with coconut milk.

My normal "go-to" dessert is either fresh berries or frozen cherries and full fat yogurt topped with some sliced almonds or a small handful of Paleo Granola.

You can also combine berries or cherries with almond butter and dark chocolate but that one is dangerous to turn into a habit.

Enjoy!
