Day 21 - What's next?

Thanks for joining me on the 21 day challenge or really 21 Days to A Balanced You.

I hope you’ve enjoyed the journey so far.

It’s been a privilege to share it with you.

The good news is that you can continue to build on the progress that you’ve made.

My wish for you is that you make improving your health and fitness a lifelong pursuit and that you don’t ever take your health for granted.

Speaking from personal experience, that can change in the blink of an eye. My advice is to build up a deep reservoir of health that can help cushion the inevitable health bumps that will occur over your lifetime.

It will be interesting to see how healthy you can get over the next 6 months or better yet over the next 5 years.

I’d be honored to help you with that journey.

I’ll be adding new content to my website and I’ll give you a heads up from time to time to let you know about some of those additions.

I’ll be adding more recipes and product reviews and links as I find things that I think will be of value.

I also hope you’ll check out my coaching page, I’d welcome the opportunity to continue working with you as you keep building your version of A Balanced You.

There are coaching options for ongoing monthly accountability sessions, as well as on-site and remote coaching and cooking and kitchen set up workshops.

Here are some additional resources that I thought you’d find useful. I’m a big fan of their work.

Chris Kresser is a functional medicine doctor and I really appreciate the thoughtful nature of his approach.

Of course, Robb Wolf and Mark Sisson.

If I’m trying to figure out something that’s related to cooking, I add Serious Eats to the google search. So, when I looked up homemade mayo serious eats – that’s how I discovered the recipe that I now use for mayo.

I hope during our time together that you found some tools and resources that will become part of your routine and your health practice.

Please keep me posted on how you’re doing.

Of course there’s an assignment

Congratulate yourself for starters!

Make sure that you update your progress pictures and take your measurements.  My guess is that the changes aren’t going to be too dramatic, but my guess is that you’re starting to see and feel the difference.

For food today, splurge a little – maybe a steak, a great piece of fish or a pork chop would be in order and maybe even a little 70% dark chocolate would work.

I’ll let you chose your exercise for today, but I’d encourage you to spend a few minutes writing in a journal about what you’ve discovered about yourself during these past 21 days.

It’s been my pleasure sharing them with you and I’d be honored to continue working with you going forward.

Also, if you found this course of value, please tell your friends.

All the best!
